Handpicked by both the Yi and Dai tribes of Yunnan, the tea leaves are from the legendary ancient tea tree mountain, Yang Ta, with tea trees that are around 400- 500 years old, and as high as 27 feet with 6-12 feet in diameter. Yang Ta's peak is 8,760 feet high (2920 meters). These tea trees are unmatched in the world, and the tea leaves from this mountain have distinct silvery and white hairy features that contain an olive-like aroma.
